Affilate Program

If you wish to become an affiliate:

You must already have purchased at least ONE course before requesting to become an affiliate.  

Read through the rules and terms listed below.
Join the Facebook group HERE.
(Make SURE to answer all THREE pending member questions
when you join or your affiliate application will be automatically denied). 

APPLICATION
Must fill out the application below. We will contact you by email if you are approved for the program. At that time, we will send you a registration form to officially be part of the affiliate program.  

RECOMMEND OUR PRODUCTS
Affiliates will receive a Tracking Cookie to share with others. This cookie is valid for the "cookie period" of 30 days, or until the user's browser cache is cleared.

COMMISSION 
Affiliates will receive a 25% commission.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Commissions are paid to affiliates on the first of each month or the closest business day. This is for sales made over 30 days prior to that date.

ADVERTISING INFO
I will provide you with graphics, a video, and verbiage to help you promote the course to your audience. 

RULES
Affiliates are not allowed to create web pages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Elaine Pierce Photography and products.

You must state in your advertisement to others and make it clear that you will receive a commission for any sales made through your affiliate link.

You may NOT use your affiliate link to purchase any other Elaine Pierce products. You will not be eligible for a payout on the transaction and if you are found doing this, you will be terminated from the affiliate program.

You must be responsible and comply with all other rules related to general affiliate sales and the Federal Trade Commission.

We reserve the right to remove participants from the program at any time, without notification.

Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elaine Pierce, LLC. Including and not limited to any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms above.

Terms of this affiliate policy are subject to change at any time. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay current on the information in this policy to ensure that they are in compliance with all rules at all times.
